Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VS Dent. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return period starting from the day your order is delivered.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
Beyond this legal right, we also offer an extended 30-day return policy on eligible items.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for custom-made or personalised items, including products made to order or manufactured according to individual specifications. This is in line with UK consumer law, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vsdints.com. We will provide full return instructions and any required documentation.
Returns must not be sent back without prior authorisation.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for different products or sizes.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or defective, we will offer a replacement for the same item or a full refund, in accordance with UK consumer law.
If you would like a different product or size, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Rejected Returns
If a returned item does not meet our eligibility requirements (for example, signs of use or missing original packaging), the item will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility passes to the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us and we will assist you in raising a claim with the delivery carrier where possible.
